This Privacy Statement explains in detail the types of personal data we may gather from you when you interact with us. It also explains how we’ll store and handle that data, and keep it safe.
WHO WE ARE
We are The Conversation Consultancy Limited (“TCC”). To keep this document simple, ‘we’, ‘our’ and ‘us’ refers to TCC, and our website at https://theconversationconsultancy.com (“TCC Website”).
YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS
We regard all of your personal information as confidential and will not share it with anyone without your authorisation or unless required to by law. We do our best to keep your info safe by making sure it is stored on a secure server.
HOW DO WE GET YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS?
We get your name, phone number, and email address because (a) you give them to us either by email, or phone or (b) we gather them as we research your organization as a potential TCC client, and then politely connect with you using these details if we judge that this may be so.
WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL DATA
TCC only has two ‘uses’ for your personal data. (a) We use it to try and sign you as a client or (b) we use it to provide services to you as a client. Your Personal data will not be used for marketing purposes.
In order for the applications on the TCC Website to function, we place a “strictly necessary” session cookie on your computer when you visit the TCC Website, which gathers no personally identifiable information. This cookie is deleted when you leave the site.
YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
TCC will always promptly show you a copy of your data as we store it, move it to another location of your choice if possible, and correct any inaccuracies. If you are not a TCC client and wish to have your personal data deleted from our records, this will be done immediately, and you will not be contacted by us again.
